Karma is an aspect of human life that is responsible for our thoughts, feelings and actions. The mind is focused on selfless service and work for the greatest good for the needs of the self. In karma yoga is a slow and gradual process and the bonds of karma and the free spirit of the limits of egocentric thought processes.
